FlyPariz Payment Policy

All bookings made on FlyPariz (flights, hotel reservations, vacation packages, etc.) must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Once payment is processed and confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with details about your reservation.
- Full Payment Required: For most services, you will be required to pay the total cost of your booking upfront.
- Partial Payments (For Installment Plans): In some cases, FlyPariz may offer installment payment plans for specific travel packages. If available, you will be notified of the terms and schedule for installment payments during the booking process.
3. Currency and Fees
All payments are processed in the currency selected during the booking process. The currency will be based on the location of the customer and the service provider.
- Transaction Fees: Some payment methods may incur additional transaction or processing fees, which will be disclosed during the payment process.
- Taxes and Additional Charges: The final payment amount will include applicable taxes, service charges, and any other fees associated with the booking, as required by the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). These charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Security
FlyPariz uses secure payment systems to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your payment details. All transactions are processed using SSL encryption, and payment details are stored according to industry standards for secure data handling.
We follow Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) protocols to protect your credit card information. Our payment providers are responsible for the security and processing of payments, and we do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers on our website.
5. Payment Confirmation and Booking Status
After submitting your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email, which includes:

- A unique booking reference number or ID

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount refunded, depending on the supplier’s policies. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the guidelines provided in our Refund Policy.
7. Payment for Group Bookings
For group bookings or large-scale reservations, FlyPariz may require full payment in advance or a deposit depending on the size of the group and the nature of the services. Specific payment terms for group bookings will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please note that if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, FlyPariz reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking until the matter is resolved.
9. Non-Payment and Cancellation of Booking
In the event that payment is not received or is unsuccessful, FlyPariz reserves the right to cancel or suspend the booking. If the payment is not completed within a certain timeframe (usually 24 to 48 hours), your booking will be considered invalid, and the reservation may be automatically canceled.
10. Taxes and Additional Charges
Depending on the location of the customer or the service being booked, additional charges such as airport taxes, local government taxes, or resort fees may apply. These charges will be added to the total payment during the booking process and will be displayed at checkout.
11. Refunds
Refunds for cancellations, booking changes, or overpayments will be processed according to the guidelines set out in our Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for further details on eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund.
12. Payment Terms for Special Offers and Promotions
- Promotional Offers: In case of special offers or promotions, the payment terms for discounted bookings may differ from regular bookings. - Limited-Time Offers: Payments for limited-time offers must be processed within the offer period. Once the offer period expires, the booking will be subject to standard rates.
